• The item must be in original, unused condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

• The exchange request must be made within 7 calendar days from delivery.

If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or defect), we’ll cover all shipping costs.

  • Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

💰 Shipping & Fees

• If the return/exchange is due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we cover all shipping fees.

• If the reason is personal (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
