We currently ship to all cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are working on expanding our delivery services to GCC countries and other international destinations soon.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Main Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, Makkah, etc.):
  Delivery within 2–4 business days.

• Other Areas in Saudi Arabia:
  Delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery time is calculated starting from the date the order is confirmed and payment is completed.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight and size.

• Destination city or region.

• Ongoing promotional offers (if any).

We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a specific value. These offers are announced on the homepage or during checkout.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier companies to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, including:

• SMSA

• Aramex

A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched so you can monitor its delivery status.

5. Delayed Delivery

Although we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions or external disruptions.

• High order volumes during promotions or holidays.

• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details.

We actively follow up with our courier partners and will inform you of any expected delays.

6. Order Receipt & Delivery Attempts

• The courier will contact you to confirm delivery time.

• If you are unavailable, the courier may reschedule the delivery.

• If an order is undelivered after 7 days, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

• We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, please report it within 24 hours.

• Once the order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
